CLAIM OUTCOMES ARE BASED ON HOW YOUR INSURANCE HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED

As your insurance program representative, we will not leave you to deal with claims on your own.  We believe that knowing and understanding your insurance arrangements, we can add value to our service offering by also being involved and assisting with the procedures for dealing with those small and sometimes catastrophic events.

All Insurers have procedures when it comes to making a claim however, they can be different.  What applies to one Insurer may not be the same as the next.  For a client who hopefully wont need to make claims often, the differences in procedures between Insurers can be very frustrating.

Our suggestion -CALL US!  Our procedure is exactly the same.  We take care of the initial  Insurer notification and establish exactly what is required from that point.  We also provide continued communications as to the status of the claim and any other matters that may need to be addressed.

When you need to make a claim, it can be a very trying and emotional time.  Our empathy ensures we do what we can to assist manage the claim returning you back to a position as you were before the claim.

On the occassions when a claim may be declined, if all parties have maintained appropriate communication throughout the relationship, the declinature won’t come as a surprise.  Yes, we have had these situations before however, the client’s were understanding of the circumstances due to the advice provided up to that time.

We also see claims through to the end.  Currently, one particular claim has been managed for over two years and will continue until such time as it is resolved.  Depending on the claim type ie physical property or public liability, this will also potentially determine the duration a claim may run for.

When you make a choice as to your Insurance Representative, ensure that you get a full service suite and don’t simply accept the sales pitch, never seeing the person who sold you the insurance in the first place.
